Join my “Fit For Life Class” tailored specifically for our over-50 age group members. This powerful 50-minute workout is designed to improve overall fitness by effectively incorporating a full range of motion across all three planes of movement. We utilize aerobic steps, hand weights, and resistance bands, all energized by great music that will not only revive some wonderful memories but also motivate and inspire you to keep moving. This Fit For Life Class is more than just a workout; it’s a community of individuals dedicated to enhancing their quality of life.

    What We DO in 50 Minutes of Fit For Life: An Overview

    We begin every session with a 7-8 minute cardio warm-up, which is crucial for preparing your body for exercise. Following this, we dive into a variety of fitness exercises designed to build strength, improve balance, and enhance flexibility—skills that are essential for daily activities. Each session wraps up with a focused cool-down featuring breathing techniques and balance training. You will leave feeling accomplished, empowered, and equipped with a positive mental attitude (PMA).
