SPINNING (INDOOR CYCLING)

A Spinning session is a great 45 minutes of calorie burn and stress reduction. It’s is a great way to  increase your cardio fitness as well as increasing core strength in a low impact mode.   If you can ride a bike, you can Spin! And it’s fun!

When:  Mondays 5:30PM – 6:15PM   Fridays     5:30PM – 6:15PM

Who:    Beginners thru Advanced

About Safety in these times: At this time, there are only 5  bikes on the floor, well-spaced 10 ft apart in the large, well-ventilated aerobics room. 

What you need to bring: A  small towel A  water bottle

What to Wear:

Wear whatever you would normally wear to the gym. Yoga pants, Gym Shorts, a tank top: They all work great.

Cost: Classes are $15 per session or $90/month (8 sessions) with a Method Strength & Fitness Membership
